Cadre Paris advises you and accompanies you in the assembly and definition of the content of your project.
Upon contact with the Architect, a visit before work is carried out. Depending on the project, 2 to 3 working meetings can be organized to define your project together. A paid preliminary study mission can sometimes be recommended.
The technical study may include various tasks:
Programming: realization of studies of the opportunity and feasibility of a real estate program / evaluation of the financial envelope of the program: collection of specifications / possible field research / preliminary sketch and choice of Architectural party / trend study, Colors, materials, acoustics / studies of the administrative, legal and financial aspects of the planned works / complex surveys of existing buildings / technical choice of construction or renovation / drafting of the program / planning.
The program is a document that, when validated by the client, serves as a reference in the design and execution of the project.
All of these studies allow us to offer you a turnkey contract.

CONTRACT SIGNATURE

Cadre Paris is contractually committed to the prices, the quality of the work and the delivery time guaranteeing you total control of your operation. We sign contracts only after we have clarified all the questions with our answers and proposals.

ARCHITECTURAL STUDY AND REALIZATION OF WORK

Once the contract has been drawn up and signed by both parties, the Architect General Contractor carries out the finalization of the Architectural and technical project within his company. To enable the Project Management to provide an Architectural, technical and economic response to the requirements of the program, the Client entrusts elements of mission to its partners to carry out the work.

The Architect and / or the Supervisor controls the work; He is also a site pilot. In the interests of transparency, study, workshops and synthesis meetings are organized in order to verify the conformity of the studies and the work in relation to the program and to the contract.

RECEIPT OF FINALIZED WORKS

We carry out the delivery, receipt and receipt operations, as well as the transmission of the Executed Works File (DOE).
The reception of the work is not the end-point but the starting point of our guarantees and our responsibilities towards you.

MONITORING OF CONTRACTUAL WARRANTIES

We naturally ensure the follow-up of the guarantees: guarantee of good completion of work with our partners QBE and MMA, insurance biennial and decennial.
